Born in Scotland. Inspired by Mexico.
Since opening our first restaurant in 2014, Topolabamba has been bringing people together over fresh Mexican food, great drinks and good times.
Inspired by the vibrant cantinas of Mexico, we set out to create restaurants full of flavour, energy and atmosphere — places where tacos are shared, margaritas are poured and every meal feels like an occasion.
More than a decade later, that spirit remains at the heart of everything we do.

We don't believe in shortcuts. Our chefs prepare our salsas, sauces and fresh ingredients in-house every day, creating the bold flavours that have defined Topolabamba since 2014.
Many of our kitchen team have been with us for years, bringing passion, experience and consistency to every service.
